Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions and/or schedule appointments during the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 8am-6pm

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.

Financial & Insurance

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We do not partner with any insurance companies; however, we will file your claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.Patients with no insurance are asked to pay for treatment at the time of service.

Cavity Free Club

Just for the Kids! At your dental cleaning, if your child has no cavities, their name is placed in our cavity free jar. Every month we draw one child’s name for a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.

Our friendly faces

We strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

General Treatment

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Cosmetic Dentistry

We offer a variety of cosmetic solutions to transform your smile. From subtle enhancements to major changes, we offer solutions to nurture a healthy, radiant smile.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Your dentist will thoroughly exam your teeth and gums, specifically looking for any potential problems. Depending on the patient, X-rays may be taken. If there are any signs of decay or other problems, your dentist will recommend treatment options and make notes of any conditions that may need future observation. Oral hygiene instructions will also be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this visit

The concept of a “filling” is replacing and restoring your tooth structure that is damaged due to decay or fracture with a material. We offer both amalgam (metal) and composite (tooth colored) fillings to help restore your tooth. The location, type of cavity and patient expectations will help determine which type of filling would be most suitable for you.

An extraction is the complete removal of a tooth. Extractions are sometimes necessary if a primary tooth is preventing the normal eruption of a permanent tooth, if the tooth has suffered extensive tooth decay or trauma that cannot be repaired, if the patient has gum disease, or if the tooth is impacted (usually the wisdom teeth). Depending on the complexity of the case, an extraction can be performed surgically or non-surgically.

Annually, you should schedule a routine dental cleaning. During this visit, one of our dental hygienists will remove plaque from your teeth, especially from places where your brush can’t reach, such as underneath the gum line and in-between teeth. If you are due for your annual dental cleaning, please call our office to schedule an appointment.

Nothing improves your appearance more than a bright, white smile! We are trained professionals using industry-approved methods. Call us today for a whitening evaluation.

Veneers are a great aesthetic solution to your smile that may even help you avoid orthodontic treatment. Subtle changes to your smile can be achieved with veneers, and in most cases, veneer application is completed in two to three office visits.
Please contact our office if you have any further questions on veneers.

A crown is a custom-made covering that fits over an original tooth that is either decayed, damaged or cracked whereas a bridge is a dental device that fills a space that a tooth previously occupied. Dental implants are artificial tooth replacements – if the missing tooth space has no surrounding teeth, the dentist may decide an implant is the most appropriate treatment choice or option.

Used to improve the appearance of your teeth and enhance your smile. As the name indicates, composite material, either a plastic or resin, is bonded to an existing tooth. Unlike veneers or crowns, composite bonding removes little, if any, of the original tooth.
